How to Pay an MLI Penalty Using CheckFreePay

How CheckFreePay Works

You must bring your voucher number to the payment location. Payment cannot be completed without it.

Step-by-Step Instruction Section

Step 1: Log in to the MLI portal and select CheckFreePay as your payment method.

Step 2: Enter your email address and submit your request.

Step 3: Receive your voucher number by email.
Note: The voucher number is required to complete payment.

Step 4: Bring your voucher number to a participating CheckFreePay location and pay in cash within 3 days.

Important Time Limits

  • Voucher is valid for 3 days after issuance.
  • If voucher expires, user must request a new voucher or pay by credit card.
  • Credit card payment is unavailable while an active CheckFreePay voucher exists.
